Cookie policy

This policy explains how the AlerteRayon / ShelfAlert service (alerterayon.fr, shelfalert.io), published by BIZDI, uses cookies and other trackers, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés), the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL) and, for users in the United Kingdom, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website or use an application. Depending on the case, it allows the service to work, remembers your preferences or measures audience.

3. Your consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, refuse or configure non-essential cookies, category by category. No cookie subject to consent is set until you have accepted it: refusal is the default setting, and continuing to browse without accepting does not constitute consent.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookies" button available from the Service. Your choice (acceptance or refusal) is kept for a maximum of 13 months; when that period expires, you are asked for your consent again.
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies; blocking essential cookies may however impair the operation of the Service.
4. Data collected through cookies
Data collected through analytics and advertising cookies (cookie identifiers, browsing and device data) is processed under the conditions described in our Privacy Policy, including with regard to any transfers outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, and your rights.
